Responsibilities:

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements for weddings, including bridal bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, and venue decor.

• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice on floral selections and design styles.

• Source high-quality flowers and materials, ensuring all arrangements are fresh, beautiful, and tailored to each event.

• Manage floral inventory, order supplies as needed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Set up and install floral designs at wedding venues, ensuring timely delivery and impeccable presentation.

• Collaborate with other vendors, such as wedding planners and photographers, to ensure seamless coordination on the event day.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in wedding floristry and continuously enhance design skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a wedding florist or floral designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and elegant wedding arrangements.

• Proficiency in various floral design techniques, including hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, and floral installations.

• In-depth knowledge of different flower types, seasonality, and care techniques to ensure longevity.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, understand their preferences, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to bring clients' visions to life.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as required by wedding schedules.

• Floral design certification or relevant training is a plus.
